Dr.
Louis D. Gonzales--President
Dr. Gonzales assists local school districts in developing alternative
educational programs and has served as advisor to several school-to-work
programs. He has developed several charter schools nationally and
is currently the President of Charter Schools Initiatives of America
and of CTC. He is a nationally known trainer of professionals who
work with at-risk and adjudicated youth.
Dr.
Gonzales brings to CTC a Doctorate in Health and Human Services
from Columbia Pacific University and a Masters Degree in Psychology
and Counseling from California State University in Fullerton. He
is licensed in School Administration.
Dr.Gonzales
is a member of the Council on Affairs of Chicano/Latino
People as appointed by the Governor of Minnesota.

Alison
Nisbet--Vice President of Programming
When
asked what she most enjoys about working at CTC, Alison replied, "I enjoy the muli-cultural mix and positive atmosphere of acceptance
that is apparent through all aspects of CTC."
Job Description:
"I oversee all aspects of the CTC Richfield campus. I make
sure the students and staff are working together toward their
common goal of English acquistion and high school graduation.
I also assist staff in developing curriculum and programming to
better enhance student achievement and success."
Alison brings
to CTC a B.S. degree in Spanish and Middle/Secondary Education with
a minor
in English as a Second Language from University of Wisconsin La
Crosse in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
- M. Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in English
as a Second Language, Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.
- Currently working on the K-12 Principal Certificate at the University
of Minnesota.
